Can I access My Account Payment Reporting from my mobile device? Tablet?
You can use your tablet in landscape orientation, but you are not able to view the interface from your mobile device.
Where can I find my latest statement?
To access your latest statement follow these three (3) steps:
- Log in to My Account Payment Reporting.
- On the main menu, click Statements.
- Select the most recent month and click Apply. Select Action and choose from the following options: View, Download, or Download HTML.
How can I create my own report?
When the standard reports don’t quite meet your needs, you can customize a report to give you exactly what you’re looking for.
How can I schedule a report?
Getting the correct information at the right time is critical. Schedule your reports so you have current data informing your decisions.
How can I share a report?
Getting information to the right people can make all the difference. Whether you are making it available to a small group or sending it to a single person, we’ve made it easy to share.
What reports do you offer “out of the box” and what do they contain?
The standard reports are:
- Funding—Amounts transferred to/from your bank account
- Settlement Batches—Transactions grouped by batch
- Authorization—Authorization status of submitted transactions
- Settlement Transactions—Transactions that have been batched
- Adjusted Disputes—All closed Dispute cases that have been debited or credited from your business
- Received Disputes—All Dispute cases in progress
- Card Summary—Transactions grouped by card number and settlement date
- Chain Aggregate—Combined data for the deposits of locations in a chain
Where can I see the report I have generated/exported?
You can view your generated reports on the Generated Reports tab on the Reports page.
How can I find contactless transactions?
If you need a list of a specific type of transaction, in this case, a contactless transaction, you filter to refine your search in the Transaction Finder.
Where can I find a specific transaction?
We have created a search tool that allows you to locate records from your transaction history based on many criteria. You will have access to all transactions that occurred yesterday and earlier—in other words, transactions from closed batches. To find any transactions from the current batch (today’s transactions), you will have to look through your open batch yourself.
How do I filter my data if I want to view data for a specific merchant number (MID)?
To refine your data on the screen for a particular merchant number or group of merchant numbers, click on Edit Selection. This is located at the top of your screen where the blue banner is located. The Merchant Number Selector is used for refining the data on the screen to a particular merchant number or group of merchant numbers.
Can I reset another user’s password?
This depends on your level of permissions. If you have administrative privileges, you will be able to initiate a password change for another user.
How can I access other applications such as Dispute Manager or Analytics?
In the top-right corner, click Applications and select the one you want.
How can I change my language?
In the top-right corner on the User Profile icon list, click View Profile. In the Language list, click the applicable language. Click Save Preferences.
How can I find out which transactions are included in my bank deposit?
You can see this information in the Deposits Report on the Default Reports tab on the Reports page.
How can I know which products I’ve purchased?
On the main menu, click Account Management. On the Account Management page menu, click Product Offering. From there you will be able to see what you have purchased.
How can I reset my password?
On the login screen, click Forgot Password. You will be sent an email with a link to change your password.
How can I search for my refund?
To find your refund, use the Transaction Finder. Filter on the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN), Response Code, and Transaction Type=Refund.
